Skived PTFE Tape is constructed with PTFE Film as its base material, complemented by a uniquely formulated silicone adhesive applied to a specially treated PTFE Skived Film. Distinguished from standard PTFE Adhesive Tapes, this Skived PTFE Tape eschews the inclusion of glass fiber fabric, thereby offering enhanced conformability and boasting a remarkable 300% elongation.

Compared to other series in PTFE Adhesive Tape, which has PTFE content from 37% to 55%, this PTFE Film Tape offers 100% PTFE.

Skived PTFE Tape has found use in many industrial applications due to its unique properties.

Sunpass’s PTFE tape features superior insulating strength, is non-stick, flexible, high temperature, as well as chemical, heat & moisture resistance.
