SUNPASS flexible graphite composite sheet is produced with complete in-house manufacturing procedures, including precision shearing, standardized punching and stable composite pressing. Different from ordinary pure graphite sheet that is easy to break and low in strength, our graphite composite sheet forms a firm mechanical bonding structure between graphite layer and metal insert.

The integral composite structure effectively improves tensile strength and structural stability, avoiding layer separation, cracking and powder falling during cutting and installation. Production Process

Our graphite composite sheet is finished through three core in-house processes to ensure stable quality:

1. Shearing: Raw graphite material is precisely cut into standard sheet size for subsequent compound processing.

2. Punching: The metal insert is punched to form uniform dense tooth structure, providing mechanical occlusion points for composite bonding.

3. Composite Pressing: The graphite layer and metal core are pressed tightly as a whole to achieve integrated structural stability.
