The SUNPASS Composite Plate Rolling Machine is specifically engineered for the composite rolling of materials such as graphite, asbestos, non-asbestos, and metal toothed plates or sheets. Its rollers feature a chrome-plated finish, which enhances durability and reduces wear, resulting in a smoother surface finish on the plates. The adjustable gap between the upper and lower rollers allows for the production of standardized graphite composite sheets in varying thicknesses.

The machine is available in two widths: 1500mm and 1000mm, catering to different production needs. For the 1000mm width, a drum diameter of 300mm is typically recommended, while a drum diameter of 350mm or 400mm is more suitable for the 1500mm width. This versatile and robust design ensures efficient and precise manufacturing of high-quality composite plates.
