The SUNPASS Hemming Machine is primarily utilized for the inner and outer cladding of steel strips in graphite composite gaskets. With the machine's action, it effectively wraps the formed inner and outer arcs onto the respective diameters of the gasket. This process ensures a tight integration between the edge-wrapped steel belt and the non-metallic gasket material. The upper and lower rollers work in tandem to create a seamless, perfectly flat surface between the gasket and the edge-wrapped steel belt. The secondary rolling process further refines the gasket's surface, resulting in an even smoother finish.
