Efficient Sprint Finishing Machine

The SUNPASS Sprint Machine is specifically designed for the sprinting process of graphite composite gasket reinforcement layers and metal sheets. It features a needle thread design that is easy to replace and cost-effective. The pinhole thickness is adjustable, allowing for customization of the tooth hole size by simply changing the pinhole. The machine accommodates needle thicknesses of Φ1.2mm and Φ1.5mm, making it generally suitable for composite panels with thicknesses ranging from 1.2 to 1.6mm and 1.5 to 3.0mm.

The stamping thickness range is from 0.05 to 0.3mm, and it is capable of processing various metal sheets, including tinplate, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, and other types of metal sheets. The machine is available in two models, one with a width of 1500mm and the other with a width of 1000mm, catering to different production needs.
