Instructions For Use:
1. Installation:
Install the exhaust motor, pole, and handwheel handle removed during transportation, place the machine stably, and pay attention to the space when processing large rings.
2. Trial run:
① The power supply of this machine is three-phase 380V. When wiring, you should choose ""shun"" as the working state.
②Turn on the power supply, operate the cylinder valve, and check whether the driven wheel slider runs flexibly. Attention should be paid to the sundries and lubrication at the slider.
3. Preparation before starting up:
①The size of the viewing ring adjusts the distance between the passive wheels, the distance between the large rings is widened, and the small rings are narrowed.
②Adjust the position of the ring support bearing so that the ring is fully supported.
4. Operation steps:
①Put the metal ring into the groove of the driving wheel, and operate the pneumatic valve so that the inner and outer sides of the metal ring are completely pressed.
②Operate the reverse switch to the ""shun"" position, and start the machine for polishing. The polishing strength is adjusted up and down with the handwheel.
③When the metal ring is wide, the polishing wheel can be moved laterally for polishing. Stop after throwing one side, operate the pneumatic valve, take out and turn over and process, and complete the operation process.
