Semi-Automatic Precision Winding System

The SUNPASS semi-automatic winding machine is a vertical, semi-automatic device designed to efficiently produce wound gaskets, both with and without inner rings (in its basic configuration), by simply adding steel strips and fillers. It is capable of manufacturing products with a production diameter ranging from 50mm to 500mm. Utilizing a user-friendly man-machine interface, operators can set the production quantity, number of turns, and size of the gaskets. This machine ensures the stability of product quality and the automation of the manufacturing process.
