Compact Precision Winding Machine

The SUNPASS small winding machine is capable of producing both basic types and wound gaskets with an inner ring (modification required). It is designed to manufacture wound gaskets with diameters ranging from 18mm to 200mm. Powered by a variable frequency-controlled gear motor, this machine is particularly equipped with a demoulding device for inner ring gaskets, eliminating the need for repetitive loading and unloading of the mold core. Additionally, the straightforward and easily adjustable outer diameter size control mechanism significantly enhances the production efficiency of gaskets.
